As God was transitioning Erik’s heart towards preaching and pastoring in 2023, he gave Erik the dream of launching FCC. Previously, Erik spent over a decade leading people to encounter Jesus through worship and music. Erik is passionate about connecting people to God and leading them to be totally devoted to a faith in Jesus. Erik is incredibly grateful to serve the amazing family of Freedom City.

A major part of Erik’s heart is to help families walk in healthiness, and to help parents develop their kids into lifelong Christians who love Jesus. Erik has a beautiful family of 5. His family includes his wife Ashley (who is also passionate about Jesus), and his kids: Elowyn Faith, Haven Azariah, and Banner Isaiah.
